I’m looking for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst – someone highly proactive, able to uncover business needs independently, and skilled at driving clarity without waiting to be directed. This is a fast-paced public sector programme.
Procurement & Supplier Management

ITT & procurement expertise: developing and reviewing supplier requirements

Supplier selection coordination
-
Proven experience managing supplier requirements (must have done this before)

Experience working with delivery partners and external suppliers
Core BA Skills

~5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis (or similar PM background)

Strong analytical capability (critical for programme mobilisation)

Excellent problem-solving skills

Solid requirements management

Data analysis & visualisation skills (Power BI desirable)
Flexibility & Delivery

Able to flex across workstreams and adapt to programme needs

Project management experience highly advantageous

Understanding of full project lifecycle

Exposure to change and adoption stages (desirable)
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
