Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I came from a sales / customer service background and joined Concept in February 2014 with no previous experience within recruitment. I initially started as a Candidate Manager dealing with a vast amount of candidates and as I gained more experience was promoted to a consultant.
Why Concept?
Concept really appealed to me after I was referred by a colleague to join. The atmosphere in the office is fab, there are great incentives & everyone is really lovely!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Family days out, Netflix, gaming and anything that involves eating!
If you were a film character who would you be?
Princess Diana of Themyscira (Wonder Woman) sheโs powerful, empowering, fierce & knows how to use her heart and brain! I also watched the film before going into labour and it gave me lots of encouragement!

Jodie has been fantastic through the interview process and pre-interview process. She has answered all questions amazingly and confidently, she also was very honest about anything she wasnโt 100% sure about, which is outstanding in my opinion and always came back to me with the relevant information.
