Delivery Manager – Contract (3 months)
Day Rate: £500 (Inside IR35)
Location: Open to London, Bristol, or Manchester (team days once or twice per quarter)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Capability Delivery Manager to lead a high‑profile programme within
a government environment. This role requires a proactive, organised and solutions‑focused individual
who can take ownership of delivery, drive progress, and act as the main point of contact for the project.
You will step into a leadership position currently held by the Hiring Manager, who will transition to an
oversight role

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering programmes within UK Government or Public Sector
• environments.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience stepping into delivery ownership roles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to plan and track delivery activity effectively.
• A solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and project blockers.
• Experience using standard Project Management tools.
