Field Service Engineer – Commercial Coffee Machines
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Β£34,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5-day working week (including 1 weekend day in 4, with a day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up traditional and automatic coffee machines at customer sites
- Demonstrate equipment functionality to clients
- Carry out routine servicing and reactive repairs
- Accurately record all service activities using company systems
- Manage your time effectively to meet service deadlines
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
- Support team operations and contribute to a positive working culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Some previous electrical or mechanical experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Willingness to learn and attend training
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and show initiative
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A customer-focused mindset and professional communication skills
