The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Developer / Solutions Architect with deep .NET expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You’ll work across internal and client-facing projects, guiding teams and shaping technical direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead solution design and development using C#/.NET and Azure
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders
- Champion Agile practices, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
