Tell us about your journey in recruitment so far.
I joined Concept in 2005 as a resourcer and the sixth employee in the business, 18 years later we are 75+ staff and a leading player across our specialist markets - its been quite a journey along the way!
Why Concept?
I had no sales experience before joining Concept, they took a chance on me and hired me despite the lack of experience. All these years later it seems to have worked out pretty well for both parties!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, watching boxing, playing football and golf. Oh and Iβm quite big on the ale scene these days!
