Job Title: Business Analyst – Large-Scale Transformation Programme (Inside IR35)
Location: Telford (2 days onsite per week, hybrid working)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-profile transformation programme within a major government-aligned organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a BA with foundational experience to contribute to complex, fast-moving projects focused on modernising legacy systems and delivering large-scale data and platform migration.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate across multiple interconnected projects to assess business impact, gather requirements, and support delivery alignment.

Work with technical and delivery teams to document and validate processes related to system and data migration.

Contribute to workshops, stakeholder discussions, and the analysis of current and future state operations.

Ensure dependencies across workstreams are clearly understood and communicated.

Help drive the modernisation of systems from legacy platforms to cloud-based architecture.
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst within IT change, digital transformation, or systems migration programmes.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clarify requirements in complex, high-pressure environments.

Familiarity with project collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Understanding of system and data migration, process mapping, and cross-team impact analysis.

Experience within public sector, government, or highly regulated environments is desirable.

Awareness of cloud-based platforms, enterprise architecture, or integrated system landscapes is advantageous.
