We’re looking for an experienced, UK based CyberArk Specialist for a short term 2 week health check assignment to support a customer experiencing performance and connectivity issues across their CyberArk remote access environment.
Alongside a wider CyberArk Health Check, you’ll take ownership of investigating issues relating specifically to Alero, HTML5 Gateway and remote access workflows, identifying root causes and providing practical recommendations to improve performance and user experience.
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable, hands-on experience of troubleshooting CyberArk environments, particularly:
- CyberArk Alero
- CyberArk HTML5 Gateway
- Remote access and privileged session workflows
- Slow session establishment and login performance
- Intermittent session drops and connectivity problems
- Remote and geographically distributed user performance
- Root-cause analysis and performance troubleshooting
You’ll work alongside the team delivering the broader CyberArk Health Check, with your focus specifically on the Alero and remote access performance issues.
The aim is not simply to identify problems, but to provide the customer with clear, targeted and technically credible recommendations for improving the stability, performance and overall user experience of their CyberArk environment.
