Prior to her current role Elaine served as CPO at POWWR and Head of HR at NCC Group. She has extensive experience of HR technology deployment as well as process resigned high growth technology companies.
Elaine is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Mental Health First Aider and a mentor in the digital space.
George Dobbins
